Here we highlight some of the exercises we discuss in the programs. Many of the exercises we use are basic compound movements but with some slight variations, you can improve how you connect with the exercise and in turn improve your progress.
Bro science doesn't always get it right but that doesn't mean the leg press isn't a great quad and accessory muscle exercise.
