Our story
BUILT BY ATHLETES, FOR ATHLETES
Excellness Nutrition was founded on one belief: that elite-level performance knowledge shouldn't be locked behind expensive coaches or guesswork. We built the platform we wished existed.

Our mission
PERFORMANCE WITHOUT COMPROMISE
We exist to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Whether you're chasing a podium, a PR, or simply a stronger version of yourself — Excellness gives you the tools, the science, and the structure to get there.
Every program, every recipe, and every piece of apparel we create is tested in real training environments by real athletes. No fluff. No filler. Just results.
Science-Backed
Every program and nutrition plan is grounded in peer-reviewed research and real-world athletic testing.
Athlete-First
We build for people who train hard. Our products are designed around performance, not aesthetics.
Relentless Improvement
We iterate constantly. If something can be better, we make it better — no exceptions.
Mark Sager
Founder & Head of Performance
The founder
"I built Excellness because I was tired of paying for programs that didn't work and eating food that tasted like cardboard. You deserve better — and now you have it."
Mark spent over a decade competing in strength sports and endurance events before channeling that experience into building Excellness Nutrition. After working with hundreds of athletes across all levels, he recognized a consistent gap: people had the drive, but lacked the structured, science-backed systems to reach their potential.
Today, Excellness serves over 10,000 athletes worldwide with digital training programs, precision meal prep guides, and performance apparel — all built to the same uncompromising standard Alex demanded for himself.
